Operations Manager

We are looking for a Operations Manager to lead and drive the overall operation at our Distribution Center in Uldum. As Operations Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of inbound and outbound processes, through your dedicated Department Managers. You coach managers and teams to enable them to contribute independently and proactively to achieving the best results.

• Process innovation: You are constantly looking for new solutions and improvements that simplify work and deliver better results.
• Inbound & outbound management: You oversee the entire logistics operation, including inventory management, order processing, and transportation, with a focus on maximum efficiency and accuracy.
• International work: On average, you work abroad 15 days per year to improve processes and share best practices
