Job Overview

KAIZEN Asset Management Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive the growth of our client base and enhance our market position within the property management industry. As a key member of the business development team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with prospective clients.

Your expertise will be critical in developing strategic plans that align with our company objectives and enhance our service offerings to meet the evolving needs of our clients in residential and commercial property management.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Engage with potential clients and understand their needs to present tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote Kaizen’s services and build connections.
  • Provide regular updates on business development progress and sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is a plus.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
