Job Overview
- Lead project Quality Assurance (QA), serving as the main Quality interface for the Project Director/Manager and the Customer on Quality issues.
- Ensure regulatory and quality compliance by developing quality strategies, managing QA/QC requirements, identifying proactively risks for potential non-conformities.
- Oversee quality control, inspections, and documentation to achieve project objectives and regulatory standards.
- Train and support project teams on Quality Systems, tools, and processes, promoting continuous adherence to standards.
- Drive continuous improvement by analysing quality issues and implementing solutions using 8D/RCA, CAPA, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
