Job Overview
- Manage project documents, drawings, and data in PIRS, IFS, and other systems; support the Doc Controller and create reports on receipt, dispatch, and status.
- Handle correspondence, distribute and monitor project tasks, and maintain project-related processes, instructions, and intranet content.
- Organise meetings, events, business travel, and expense reporting; introduce new employees to tools and processes.
- Deputise for other project assistants, perform general administrative tasks, and supervise trainees as required.
- Ensure awareness, implementation, and compliance with HSE requirements relevant to the role.
