Project Cost Controller

Kanadevia Inova is recruiting a Project Cost Controller to support one of our construction projects in North London. The role combines work from our Farnborough office with presence on site and plays a key part in ensuring effective financial control and project performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Project and Site Controller, supporting financial performance and reporting

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial close processes

• Ensure compliance with IFRS-based finance frameworks and internal controls

• Monitor project costs, risks, opportunities, and financial performance

• Work closely with project stakeholders and represent Finance on site
