Job Overview

Kanadevia Inova is recruiting a Project Cost Controller / Finance Manager to support one of our construction projects in the North London area. The role requires 100% presence on site which is in the North London area and plays a key part in ensuring effective financial control and project performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project / Site and Entity Controller, supporting financial performance and reporting whilst managing and interacting regularly with multiple stakeholders to drive the business performance and advise on all financial matters.   

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial close processes and lead the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing process 

  • Ensure compliance with IFRS-based finance frameworks and internal controls

  • Responsible for external and internal audits, preparation of audited financial statements and compliance with the internal financial controls. 

  • Monitor project costs, risks, opportunities, and financial performance and work closely with project stakeholders and represent Finance on site
