Network Development Operations Manager
Salaried, full-timeJob Overview
The Role
We are seeking a Network Development Operations Manager to own and build the operational engine behind Karoo's network development function. This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, market intelligence, and strategic support. You will be the central resource that keeps our VP of Network Development — and over time, a growing team of Account Executives — moving efficiently and effectively. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You will build systems and execute against them, especially early on.
What You'll Do
Marketing Enablement & Content
- Draft and maintain a library of outreach templates, call scripts, and email sequences tailored to cardiologists and practice administrators
- Prepare briefing documents and meeting materials so the team walks into every conversation fully prepared
- Build onboarding materials and territory packages for Account Executives entering new markets
- Coordinate marketing collateral for cardiologist engagement
Sales & Marketing Operations & CRM Management
- Own CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and activity logging across the network development team
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give leadership clear visibility into pipeline health, outreach activity, and conversion metrics
- Develop and manage standardized workflows for outreach, follow-up, and deal progression
- Track post-meeting action items and ensure follow-through on commitments made to prospects and partners
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, site visits, and conferences
Market Intelligence & Research
- Map cardiology practices, physician groups, and health systems in target markets and states
- Identify key players, group affiliations, ownership structures, and referral patterns
- Build competitive intelligence on other networks, MSOs, and value-based care organizations operating in our target markets
- Synthesize findings into actionable briefs that help the team prioritize outreach and enter new markets with confidence
- Maintain and update segmented prospect lists with strategic prioritization
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a liaison between the network development team and internal stakeholders including Clinical, Operations, and Finance
- Support the VP of Network Development in preparing materials for executive updates and board-level pipeline reviews
- Ensure that prospect insights and field feedback are shared across teams to inform product, clinical, and messaging decisions
What We're Looking For
Required
- 2-3 years in healthcare sales, provider outreach, or a practice-facing role — with a track record of building systems, not just working within them
- Experience working directly with physician offices or specialty practices; cardiology or cardiovascular services experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to own a CRM end-to-end — data integrity, pipeline reporting, and workflow design, not just logging activity
- Experience conducting primary research and building segmented prospect lists from scratch
- Comfortable operating as both a strategic contributor and a day-to-day executor — this role requires someone who can build the infrastructure and still do the work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft outreach materials, briefings, and executive-ready reporting
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment with shifting demands
- Comfort building within the changing environment of an early-stage company
Nice to Have
- Background in cardiology, cardiovascular services, or specialty provider networks
- Experience supporting a VP or C-level sales or marketing leader directly
- Knowledge of value-based care models, MSO structures, or provider network development
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field
Why Join Us
- Competitive salary and equity
- Fully-remote work environment available
- Full benefits package
- A collaborative and transparent company culture that values creativity and ownership
