Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager/Manager – University Partnerships to drive global university partnerships, strengthen institutional relationships, and support business growth through strategic tie-ups and collaborations. The role will focus on expanding KC’s university network, enhancing engagement with partner institutions, and improving operational and commercial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  Lead University tie-ups and partnerships with a focus on reputed and globally ranked universities

  Identify target universities through competitor mapping and market research

  Manage end-to-end tie-up process (EOI to agreement) with full compliance

  Build and manage strong relationships with partner universities as the primary SPOC

  Lead regular interactions and strategic meetings with institutions

  Plan and manage international visits, meetings, and partnership opportunities

  Collaborate with internal teams to onboard institutions and drive strategic initiatives (e.g., UniReach, new projects)

  Ensure agreement renewals, FAM trips, and partnership documentation are managed effectively

  Expand University coverage and strengthen territory rights across key markets

  Support commission structuring, benchmarking, and competitive analysis

  Work closely with stakeholders for commercial alignment

  Leverage tools like Claude AI to improve productivity and drive operational efficiency

 

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)

  • 7–8 years of relevant experience in Operations / Process Management

  • Strong experience in managing teams, SLAs, and end-to-end operational workflows

  • Experience in stakeholder coordination (internal teams, partners, universities)

  • Good understanding of process improvement, reporting, and operational metrics

  • Familiarity with CRM/tools and automation platforms is preferred

  • Negotiation and partnership development

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
