The role involves reviewing, extracting, and encoding historical and current information with accuracy and consistency to support reporting, analytics, and internal accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret key deal or project details such as location, venue, financial terms, and other relevant fields.
Extract, validate, and accurately input required information into designated tools or systems.
Identify inconsistencies and verify entries against existing spreadsheets and reference materials.
Maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all records.
Follow documented processes and assist in updating workflow documentation as needed.
