People Operations Intern

We are seeking a motivated and proactive People Operations Intern to join our team in Riyadh and support a range of exciting HR initiatives across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the review and redesign of various HR processes, policies, and practices, identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
• Assisting with HR administration and payroll processes while taking ownership of a dedicated area of responsibility.
• Facilitating end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Contributing to a variety of HR projects, such as employee engagement and employee experience initiatives.
• Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, IT, and Operation teams.
