Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Essential:
- Associate degree or higher education level
- Advanced calendar and inbox management systems experience
- 4-6+ years of experience as Executive Assistant to senior leadership
- Proficiency with Zoom/Teams and other collaboration platforms
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion
- Expert proficiency in Google/Microsoft suite applications
- Strong judgment, anticipation skills, and written communication clarity
- Fluent English communication skills
- Excellent follow-through and stakeholder management abilitiesv
Preferred:
- Experience supporting C-level executives
- Background in similar-sized private companies
- Polish language skills
- Light data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Experience with board materials preparation and meeting minutes
