About the Role

The Villa Attendant plays a crucial role in supporting the ultra-luxury villa experience. You maintain the highest housekeeping standards within private villas, ensuring flawless presentation, comfort, and cleanliness. You work closely with the Villas Butler team to support personalized guest experiences, discreet service, and elevated comfort.

This role combines housekeeping, attention to detail, and an understanding of luxury villa lifestyle expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service private villas to ultra-luxury standards.
• Ensure impeccable linen quality and premium amenities setups.
• Support Butler team with special setups, events, and personalized requests.
• Maintain inventory, villa supplies, and par levels.
• Report maintenance needs and follow up on resolutions.
• Uphold strict privacy, discretion, and guest respect.

Requirements

• Experience in luxury housekeeping or villas preferred.
• High attention to detail and efficiency.
• Professional appearance and discretion.
• English communication skills required.
