About the Role:

As a Floor Supervisor, you ensure that every guest room on your assigned floors meets the highest luxury standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. You act as the link between management and the housekeeping team, guiding attendants, inspecting rooms, and ensuring efficient daily operations. You help create memorable guest stays through meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support Room Attendants on assigned floors.
• Inspect guest rooms, ensuring adherence to luxury cleanliness and setup standards.
• Coordinate with the Executive Housekeeper on room status and VIP requirements.
• Train new attendants on SOPs and service excellence.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up on resolution.
• Ensure linen, amenities, and carts are properly stocked.
• Handle guest needs, special requests, and service recovery.
  

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping supervisory experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• High attention to detail and guest-service mindset.
• English fluency required.
