Administrative Intern

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Intern to support our Ultraluxe team with admin and sales-related tasks. This role offers hands-on exposure to luxury travel products, sales and operations, making it ideal for someone interested in hospitality, travel, or commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Support the sales team with proposal preparation and itinerary building
  • Help track inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups in internal systems
  • Assist with reporting and basic analysis related to sales performance

General Support

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Sales teams
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Complete traveler profiles with required details

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and internal systems (Excel / Google Sheets preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Interest in luxury travel and hospitality is a plus
