Keune Beauty Solutions (KBS) is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to accelerate growth and build strong, long-term partnerships within the global beauty industry. This is a high-impact role offering real growth and development opportunities in an international, high-performing environment.
MISSION
Manage and grow a portfolio of new clients within the beauty sector
Develop and maintain new business relationships, with a primary focus on:
Independent beauty brands
High-end / premium beauty brands
Identify new commercial opportunities and actively support international expansion
Act as a trusted commercial partner to clients, from onboarding to long-term growth
Travel approximately 20–30% to meet clients, attend industry events, and drive business development initiatives

A natural team player with strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills
Able to stay calm under pressure while maintaining a clear overview
Decisive, flexible, and solution-oriented, with a hands-on mindset
Highly responsible, with a strong drive to get things done
Professional and representative in your communication and external presence
Currently based in Europe
In addition, you bring:
2–4 years of commercial experience in an international environment, preferably within FMCG
A proactive, results-oriented mindset and flexibility beyond a traditional 9–5 schedule
A strong interest in global expansion and new business development
Professional proficiency in English
Knowledge of the beauty or fashion industry (strong advantage)
An existing network or contacts within the beauty space (preferred)
