A Data Verification Specialist will be responsible for the verification and timely and accurate processing of confidential information between various computer applications. Depending on the tenure, a DVS could be assigned more complex tasks and projects. They are trained on how to handle some DPA roles and responsibilities.  

DVS’ ensure that all inquiries are passed on correctly and efficiently in the console. Tenured DVS’ interact with different departments depending on the need. You will collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, and cross functional stakeholders to resolve data issues and drive automation improvements with an automation first mindset.  

This is a 24/7 operational team, therefore full availability for shift work is required.

This is a 24/7 operational team, therefore full availability for shift work is required.  

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Analyse and verify leads according to set instructions and procedures.  

    • Interpret information based on configurations and make decisions on information transfer. 

    • Ensure that lead details are captured accurately and complete information is transferred at the required timeframe. 

    • Respond to requests within defined times to then review and analyse semi/manual leads to determine the issues.  

    • Escalating issues to leadership when required. 

    • Generate daily QA of assigned reviews and correctly map leads with distribution issues which will contribute to a monthly QA report. 

    • Review spam catch folder for leads incorrectly marked as invalid 

    • Provide feedback for continuous improvement 

    • Assist in training, coaching teammates 

    • Assist with daily data flow routines and maintain CAR, LCV, and Motorbike databases for the UK and global markets.  

Required Qualifications and Skills: 

    • Level of knowledge of principles, concepts within speciality area and company business. Experience in leads processing with high levels of data accuracy and knowledge in the overall guidelines and leads encoding concepts.  

    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience in data analysis, capture, and processing.   

    • Problem solving skills. 

    • Communication skills.  

    • Must have the ability to work a flexible work schedule 

    • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Salesforce 

    • Proven SQL proficiency, with the ability to query, manipulate, and analyse large datasets.  

    • Experience within the Vehicle Sales and Finance industry is advantageous. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

     Experience working with Leads Encoding systems and monitoring tools.  

    • Familiarity of Keyloop products
