Head of Sales

Location: KSA
Department: Commercial / Vendor Acquisition
Reports to: GM/Group CBO

Role Mission

Drive aggressive supply & demand onboarding to make the company the most comprehensive and reliable heavy-equipment rental marketplace across the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Lead and scale sales team (acquisition + account management)
  • Ensure consistent onboarding of equipment owners & contractors
  • Create hunter-style pipeline for large B2B industrial clients
  • Develop high-impact sales playbooks and territory plans

Revenue Performance

  • Hit aggressive monthly GMV and revenue targets
  • Optimize pricing, equipment utilization & contract length

Key Account Management

  • Build relationships with:
    • Equipment rental yards
    • Construction companies (civil, infra, oil & gas)
    • Government & giga-project contractors
  • Retain and expand key accounts

Sales Enablement

  • Drive CRM excellence & reporting cadence
  • Train team on product features and compliance processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years in heavy equipment rental, construction machinery, or B2B construction services
  • Strong network in contracting & EPC sectors
  • Proven record beating sales quotas in GCC
  • Hands-on leader, field-driven, tough negotiator
  • Fluent Arabic preferred; English strong
