Job Overview

We’re growing and looking for a passionate Lead Prek Teachers to join our River Place campus for the Fall!

What You’ll Do as a Lead Teacher

  • Prepare engaging lessons using our rich, easy-to-use curriculum—with plenty of room to bring your own creativity to life
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing responsive, attentive care to every child
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children and families through daily communication, photos, and meaningful updates
  • Foster a love of learning in a preschool setting
  • Collaborate closely with your teaching team to create a supportive, inspiring classroom

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience teaching in a licensed preschool setting
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field, or
  • CDA (Child Development Associate Certification)
  • 5–10 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting, or
  • 2–3 years of experience in a Montessori school setting
