About the Role
We are seeking motivated and experienced Sales Agents to join our Business Class Sales team.
The ideal candidates have proven experience in business-class flight sales and solid knowledge of GDS systems. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing flight itineraries, and contributing to overall sales performance across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and assist with business-class flight bookings
Build, modify, and manage flight itineraries based on client needs
Advise customers on award, upgrade, and loyalty programs
Meet conversion and efficiency targets while maintaining high-quality service
Ensure compliance with QA and operational standards
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in business-class cabin sales
Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) — preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a structured, KPI-driven environment
Fluent English, both spoken and written
