Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Travel Operations (Award Ticketing) Agent to handle ticket issuance and post-booking processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Issue award tickets, web bookings, and upgrades

  • Process exchanges and refunds in accordance with airline policies

  • Assign post-sale services (seats, meals, check-in, etc.)

  • Work directly with airlines via online systems or phone

  • Handle ticketing tasks without customer communication and/or GDS usage

Requirements

  • Good English skills (written and spoken)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy under time pressure

  • Ability to work independently during night shifts

  • Responsible, organized, and process-oriented mindset

  • Previous experience in online travel booking (GDS, airline or OTA environment) would be an advantage
