Travel Operations Agent (Award Ticketing)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Travel Operations (Award Ticketing) Agent to handle ticket issuance and post-booking processes.
Key Responsibilities
Issue award tickets, web bookings, and upgrades
Process exchanges and refunds in accordance with airline policies
Assign post-sale services (seats, meals, check-in, etc.)
Work directly with airlines via online systems or phone
Handle ticketing tasks without customer communication and/or GDS usage
Requirements
Good English skills (written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy under time pressure
Ability to work independently during night shifts
Responsible, organized, and process-oriented mindset
Previous experience in online travel booking (GDS, airline or OTA environment) would be an advantage
