Job Overview
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, provide status updates, manage resource allocation effectively following a staffing plan, connect with ITPMs independently and client’s stakeholder interaction for the Squad(s).
- Coordinate with related departments/stakeholders to unblock blockers (accounts, access…)
- Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address any testing-related issues or concerns.
- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to understand project requirements and provide input on testability.
- Perform thorough analysis of product specifications to create comprehensive test plans and strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the test automation team, sharing best practices and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to verify the functionality, performance, and security of software applications.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze test results, identifying defects and areas for improvement.
- Take ownership of the test automation process, continually optimizing and enhancing automated testing practices.
