About the role

The People Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting and enhancing day-to-day HR operations to deliver an exceptional employee experience. This role involves managing HR systems and data, coordinating onboarding and benefits programs, ensuring HR compliance, and analyzing metrics to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, maintain confidentiality, and be proficient in HR technologies. As the company continues to grow, the People Operations team is taking on additional responsibilities from the People Business Partners (PBPs), making this position essential for maintaining smooth HR operations and supporting scalable processes

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations & Systems: Manage daily HR operations and maintain accurate employee data across HR platforms.

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete employee journey—from onboarding and integration to offboarding and exit processes.

  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary contact for benefit-related queries, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction.

  • HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and internal policies across all HR processes.

  • Employee Support: Provide trusted guidance and solutions for employee HR inquiries with empathy and discretion.

  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance employee self-service.

  • Data Integrity: Conduct regular data audits and generate HR reports to ensure accuracy and actionable insights.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Experience: Minimum of 4–5 years in HR, People Operations, or a related function.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday and the Google Workspace suite.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

  • Personal Attributes: Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to improving the employee experience.

  • Work Mode: Hybrid; must be available to work within EMEA time zones (12pm-8pm).
