We are seeking a highly organised and proactive team Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Energy and Public Sector Advisory teams. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities including managing diaries and travel arrangements, word processing, and general administrative coordination. In addition, the Executive Assistant will extend their support to wider teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping maintain a high standard of service across the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist senior leadership with diary management and meeting coordination, including communication with VIP clients and C-suite executives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence for senior leadership.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation for the team.
- Organise client functions, marketing events, and meetings, including technical setup and catering.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt action and follow-up.
- Assist with expense reports, timesheets, invoicing, WIP reports, and CRM updates.
- Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, photocopying, and creating reports.
