Manager - Restructuring

As a Manager in our Indonesia Restructuring practice, you’ll play a hands‑on role delivering complex restructuring and turnaround engagements, working closely with senior leaders and clients across Indonesia and the region.

What you'll do:

• Lead discrete workstreams on restructuring and turnaround engagements across multiple industries
• Manage and coach project teams, reviewing work and supporting development of junior staff
• Analyse financial, operational and commercial data to assess business performance and viability
• Develop clear, practical restructuring options and recommendations for clients
• Support implementation of solutions, including capital restructures, funding initiatives and asset sales
• Work directly with clients and senior stakeholders
• Contribute to business development activities, research and pitch materials
