Associate Director - Restructuring

As an Associate Director in our Indonesia Restructuring practice, you’ll lead complex engagements, act as a trusted adviser to clients, and play a key role in growing and shaping the practice.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the design and delivery of restructuring and turnaround strategies across a range of industries
• Manage multiple engagements and workstreams, ensuring quality, timeliness and strong commercial outcomes
• Act as a primary client contact, building trusted adviser relationships with senior stakeholders
• Oversee financial analysis, scenario modelling and option evaluation to support strategic decision‑making
• Guide clients through complex solutions including distressed asset sales, capital restructures, and debt or equity raisings
• Lead pitch development, proposals and client presentations
• Actively contribute to business development, identifying opportunities and expanding client relationships
• Lead, coach and develop Managers and junior team members
• Support practice‑wide initiatives and contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the Restructuring practice
