Director - Restructuring

As our Restructuring practice continues to grow in Indonesia, we are seeking an experienced Director to play a pivotal role in leading complex engagements, advising senior stakeholders, and shaping the future of our Jakarta practice.

This is an opportunity for a seasoned restructuring professional to step into a market‑facing leadership role, combining hands‑on engagement leadership with business development and team mentorship.

What you’ll be doing

As a Director, you will:

• Lead high‑profile and complex restructuring and turnaround engagements, providing strategic direction and oversight
• Act as a trusted adviser to boards, lenders, sponsors and senior executives
• Shape and deliver innovative restructuring solutions tailored to client needs
• Provide senior review and challenge of financial analysis, modelling and strategic recommendations
• Lead major pitches, proposals and negotiations
• Mentor and develop senior team members, building leadership capability and succession
• Contribute to thought leadership, methodology development and firm‑wide initiatives
• Uphold the firm’s values, risk management standards and professional reputation
• Expand existing client relationships, strengthening KordaMentha’s market presence in Indonesia
