The combination of software, consulting, and training helps clients identify, remedy, and prevent workplace safety and compliance problems so they can focus on what’s important – their core business.

Help us help keep people safe and businesses working efficiently. Named as one of Built In Colorado’s Best Places to Work for six years in a row, KPA is made up of talented individuals working together for the greater good. We’re here to help our clients build safe, thriving organizations, and we’re looking for people with a common goal to help us do it.
Position Description:

As a Solution Engineer specializing in the manufacturing industry at KPA, you will drive growth and deliver value-driven solutions in the manufacturing vertical. This role combines technical expertise, industry knowledge, and strategic thinking to support sales campaigns and contribute to product enhancement.
This is a fast-paced role and supports simultaneous sales campaigns as well as assisting in the transition of newly won business to colleagues in client success, field consulting, and support. In addition, you will offer customer feedback to KPA’s Product Management and Product Marketing teams to further enhance our product offerings.

The unique challenge of this role requires excellence in three major categories:
·       Providing technical support throughout the sales process by proactively scoping solutions using KPA products, supplying technical answers that our sales teams rely on and ensuring the “technical close” in the sales process.
·       Being the voice from the field providing intelligence on what our clients are doing with our products to improve their business.
·       Arming the sales team with great content and identifying new ways to use KPA products to best deliver business solutions jointly with our clients.

This is a challenging, exciting role that will test your commercial and technical skills, strategic thinking capabilities, and ability to remain focused and follow-through on plans.
