The Director - Workday Alliance is a senior leadership role responsible for turning the Workday partnership into measurable growth for KPMG. Sitting at the centre of the Workday ecosystem, this role combines strategic alliance leadership with hands‑on opportunity origination and sales cycle engagement. Success is measured primarily by the value of qualified wins from Workday‑originated deals.

Your Opportunity

At KPMG, our Workday alliance is a core driver of large‑scale HR, Finance and enterprise transformation and leader in driving a unified AI agent experience. In this role, you will lead the Workday alliance relationship while actively shaping and converting pipeline into revenue outcomes.

You will be accountable for:

Originating new Workday opportunities (primary focus)

  • Identify and originate net new Workday‑sourced opportunities for KPMG
  • Establish deal‑level partnering agreements and mobilise joint Workday/KPMG pursuit teams
  • Stay actively engaged through qualification, shaping and client pursuit
  • Work closely with KPMG Partners to convert pipeline into revenue

Strengthening sales cycles and win‑rates

  • Build trusted relationships with Workday account sales teams
  • Bring Workday insight into pursuits, including buyer context, positioning and competitive intelligence
  • Contribute directly to win themes and proposition shaping
  • Join selected client meetings to reinforce the strength of the KPMG - Workday alliance

Leading and growing the Workday relationship

  • Execute a focused joint alliance growth plan with Workday
  • Lead joint account planning and territory alignment
  • Maintain a strong operating rhythm with key Workday alliance and account stakeholders
  • Position KPMG as a partner of choice within the Workday ecosystem

Securing investment and enablement

  • Unlock co‑marketing, solution development and enablement funding from Workday and KPMG
  • Access and activate Workday assets such as playbooks, architectures, accelerators, demos and co‑innovation programs
  • Drive Workday certification growth and capability uplift across KPMG teams

Activating the market

  • Lead joint campaigns, events and demand‑generation initiatives
  • Improve KPMG’s visibility across Workday channels and partner listings
  • Track ROI of alliance marketing in terms of leads, opportunities and revenue

Your Experience

You’re likely someone who brings:

  • Proven experience leading alliances, partnerships or vendor‑led growth within consulting or enterprise technology environments
  • A strong understanding of how Workday (or similar enterprise platforms) opportunities are shaped, sold and won
  • Demonstrated success originating and converting alliance‑sourced pipeline into qualified revenue
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to improve win‑rates and deal outcomes
  • A commercial, outcome‑oriented mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
