The Change & Adoption Manager is a senior role within the Connected Technology Group (CTG), responsible for leading strategic, end‑to‑end change management across CTG’s transformation agenda. This includes technology uplift, security and platform modernisation, AI adoption and workflow embedding, development of local tools and accelerators, and the localisation of global solutions, as well as supporting the change and adoption activities required for large‑scale, technology‑enabled enterprise transformation programs.
The role’s primary focus is ensuring CTG initiatives land effectively across the business by driving organisational readiness, adoption, behavioural change and stakeholder alignment.
You will join a team of Change & Adoption Managers supporting CTG priorities across key domains and initiatives. These may include (but are not limited to) AI adoption (e.g., AI/DFTE uplift, embedding AI into day‑to‑day workflows and ways of working, and sustained usage and value realisation), data platform and governance uplift, cyber and risk control uplift, and core IT and service experience improvements (e.g., workplace technology). Work allocation and focus areas will flex based on demand, resourcing and priorities.
Your Opportunity
1. Strategic Change Leadership (End‑to‑End Delivery)
- Lead the design and implementation of change management strategies for CTG programs including AI/DFTE uplift, security enhancement initiatives, digital tool rollouts and global platform localisation.
- Conduct detailed impact assessments to identify behavioural, process and role implications across CTG and the business.
- Develop and manage integrated change plans encompassing communications, stakeholder engagement, learning, and adoption interventions.
- Identify risks, issues and resistance; develop mitigation plans and provide clear recommendations to CTG Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
- Ensure alignment of CTG change approaches with KPMG’s broader business and transformation priorities.
2. Behaviour Change, Adoption & Learning Enablement
- Develop behavioural change plans targeting adoption outcomes, new ways of working, sustained usage and leadership role-modelling.
- Design learning strategies and user enablement content in collaboration with CTG SMEs.
- Oversee the creation of training materials, support assets, playbooks and user‑facing guides.
- Partner with CTG Strategic Communications to ensure CTG messaging is clear, timely and audience‑appropriate.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Readiness
- Build trusted relationships with CTG SLT, service line leaders, project sponsors and operational teams.
- Lead stakeholder analysis and engagement planning across CTG and impacted business areas.
- Facilitate workshops, leadership briefings, roadshows and feedback channels.
- Conduct readiness assessments, track adoption indicators and provide clear insights on business preparedness.
4. Governance, Reporting & Insights
- Maintain robust change documentation, reporting dashboards and leadership updates.
- Provide executive‑ready summaries of change progress, risks, outcomes and adoption maturity.
- Contribute to project governance forums, ensuring change insights inform decision‑making.
5. Continuous Improvement & Capability Building
- Evolve CTG’s change management frameworks, templates and reusable tools.
- Mentor CTG staff, uplift local change capability and support self‑service adoption practices.
- Drive continuous improvement based on lessons learned from CTG and global programs.

Your Experience
- Significant experience delivering complex, technology-enabled change initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead change in matrixed and fast-paced environments.
- Experience working across multi-country or regional programs (preferred).
- Previous experience within a professional services environment is highly valued, including an understanding of the Partnership model, stakeholder dynamics, operating environment, business challenges and organisational sensitivities.
