What You’ll Do

Based in Sydney, you’ll support the delivery of client engagements across governance advisory, risk and controls, compliance, and internal audit. Your responsibilities will include:

· Assisting in the assessment and enhancement of governance, risk, and control frameworks

· Supporting the development of reports and presentations for clients

· Conducting research and analysis using KPMG’s global tools and methodologies

· Collaborating with team members to solve client problems and deliver high-quality outcomes

· Building relationships with clients and contributing to a positive team culture

Your Experience: 

You bring:

· 1–2 years of experience in internal audit, governance, risk, controls advisory, or a regulatory body (e.g., APRA/ASIC)

· A good understanding of business processes, risks, and controls

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a project environment

· A collaborative mindset and a desire to build professional relationships
