Job Overview

This role will suit an individual with proven experience providing support to senior leaders and/or their respective teams. Managing competing priorities daily, you will provide support to leaders and teams across Australia.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively managing designated Partner(s)/ Director(s) schedules.
  • Providing calendar management to multiple stakeholders.
  • Organizing internal and client meetings along with booking the relevant meeting rooms.
  • Arranging domestic and international travel.
  • Producing SAP and CRM reports and managing expense claims, liaising with relevant stakeholders as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to leaders and their teams.
