Job Overview
This role will suit an individual with proven experience providing support to senior leaders and/or their respective teams. Managing competing priorities daily, you will provide support to leaders and teams across Australia.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively managing designated Partner(s)/ Director(s) schedules.
- Providing calendar management to multiple stakeholders.
- Organizing internal and client meetings along with booking the relevant meeting rooms.
- Arranging domestic and international travel.
- Producing SAP and CRM reports and managing expense claims, liaising with relevant stakeholders as required.
- Provide general administrative support to leaders and their teams.
