The Fiji Dynamix division provides value to our Australian clients through delivery of engagements including work plans, timelines, project management, and resource allocation.
This role will suit an individual with proven experience providing support to senior leaders and/or their respective Connected Technology Group. Managing competing priorities daily, you will provide support to leaders and teams across Australia.
- Provide calendar management to multiple stakeholders (for external client meetings)
- Organise meeting room bookings on client floors (including catering and AV support)
- Arrange travel (domestic and international) on behalf of the Director via using our dedicated travel booking system
- Effectively manage expense processing and invoice management for Directors using our dedicated expense booking system.
- Complete weekly and end of month timesheets for Directors
- Manage highly confidential information
- Provide temporary support of other Directors whilst another PAs are away.
- Efficiently and effectively process ad hoc general administration tasks with varying deadlines and complexity.
