Job Overview

We are seeking a People & Inclusion Manager to lead human resources operational matters for our Fiji Dynamix service group (Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) services).  This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, a proactive and commercially minded approach, and the ability to support and influence positive change across the business.

Reporting to the Senior Manager - People & Inclusion, you will take ownership of the P&I function for FDX, providing strategic and operational leadership across a range of activities including (but not limited to):

  • Provide expert, practical advice to People Leaders in Australia and Fiji on P&I practices, policies, and solutions.
  • Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment for FDX, including workforce planning, hiring for vacant roles, annual graduate recruitment campaigns, university roadshows, and career events.
  • Manage and resolve complex P&I matters, including conflict resolution, workplace health and safety, training and culture initiatives.
  • Drive annual performance and remuneration reviews in line with KPMG’s policies and procedures, ensuring fairness and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the wider P&I team in Fiji and Australia to implement people-related elements of office projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members within the FDX P&I function to ensure effective delivery of services with continuous improvement.
