Senior Consultant - People and Inclusion

We are seeking a Senior People & Inclusion Consultant to provide high-level HR support and advisory services for our Fiji Dynamix service group (Knowledge Process Outsourcing services).  This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, a proactive and solutions-focused approach, and the ability to influence positive outcomes across the business.

Reporting to the People & Inclusion Manager, you will play a key role in delivering operational and strategic P&I initiatives for FDX, including (but not limited to):

• Provide practical, high-quality advice to People Leaders in Fiji and Australia on P&I practices, policies, and solutions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for FDX, including workforce planning, hiring for vacant roles, graduate recruitment campaigns, university roadshows, and career events.
• Support and resolve complex P&I matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, workplace health and safety, and culture initiatives.
• Assist with annual performance and remuneration reviews in line with KPMG’s policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the wider P&I team in Fiji and Australia to implement people-related elements of office projects and strategic initiatives.
• Coach and guide junior team members within the FDX P&I function to ensure effective delivery of services.
