Team Leader

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Serve as the primary liaison for resource management, resolving resourcing challenges and representing the function across teams.
• Implement and manage performance systems that align with the firm objectives.
• Analyse and present data-driven insights using software tools to support informed decision-making.
• Drive productivity and innovation by maintaining utilization targets and introducing process improvements and integrated client solutions.
• Act as the key link between local team leads and Australian managers, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and support.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering professional development while ensuring compliance with independence and firm standards.
• Support local and Australian managers with people management and wellbeing, helping to identify challenges early and promote a positive team environment.
