About the Graduate program 

• Targeted at students in their final year of study in 2026 and recent graduates 
• You undergo a mandatory training program, then start work within your service groups, ensuring that you make an impact and learn straightaway  
• Start work in December 2026 / January 2027

Our graduates work across Business & Tax Advisory (BTA), Audit & Assurance, Advisory, and Connected Technology Group (CTG), helping clients navigate complex challenges. KPMG also uses innovative, AI‑enabled solutions and leading‑edge technology.
