Senior Consultant - People and Inclusion

This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, a proactive and solutions-oriented approach, and the ability to influence positive outcomes across the business.

Reporting to the People & Inclusion Manager, you will play a key role in delivering both operational and strategic P&I initiatives across our core service lines. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing practical, high-quality HR advice and support to People Leaders in Fiji on P&I policies, practices, and people-related matters.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including workforce planning, vacancy management, graduate recruitment programs, university engagement, career fairs, and onboarding processes.
• Supporting the resolution of complex people matters, including employee relations issues, conflict management, workplace health and safety, and culture and engagement initiatives.
• Assisting in the delivery of annual performance and remuneration review processes in accordance with KPMG's policies and procedures.
• Coaching and supporting junior members of the P&I team to ensure the consistent and effective delivery of services.
• Contributing to learning and development initiatives and firm-wide projects that promote a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, leadership development, and employee engagement.
