Shift: 14 x 12 hour shifts across 5 weeks, 24/7 rotating 07:00 - 19:00, 19:00 - 07:00 (with the possibility of +3 stand ups) followed by 9 days off before repeating.

About the role
In this key role, you’ll be working with a variety of machinery to help ensure our production lines run smoothly, efficiently and safely. Whether you’ve worked in manufacturing before or are looking for a fresh challenge with full training provided, this is a great opportunity to join a business that values teamwork, safety, and quality. With a rotating shift pattern offering regular time off, you’ll enjoy a role that combines structure, variety and a supportive team environment.

What will you be doing?

• Operating packing and processing machinery to meet output targets

• Navigating daily production challenges with a hands-on approach

• Collaborating with your team to keep production lines running efficiently

• Playing a key part in delivering high standards of quality and safety

• Developing new skills through product testing and machine changeovers
