Are you a design-savvy sales professional with an eye for luxury and a heart for service? We are expanding our team and seeking a talented, high-energy Sales Associate to join our Charleston Workspace.
The Kravet Workspace is not your traditional showroom. It is a streamlined, high-tech hub designed for the modern designer, featuring a smaller footprint, self-service sampling, and integrated technology. In this role, you will represent a world-class portfolio of brands, including Kravet, Lee Jofa, Brunschwig & Fils, and Donghia.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Consultative Selling: Identify designer needs to suggest and sell curated product solutions across all categories (textiles, furniture, wallcoverings, and carpet).
Inspirational Presentation: Present luxury products in a professional, compelling, and inspirational manner that aligns with each brand’s unique aesthetic.
Lead Management: Diligently follow up on open quotes and leads to maximize conversion and achieve showroom sales goals.
Business Development: Conduct regular outreach to reactivate dormant accounts and identify new target customer groups to drive workspace growth.
Digital Excellence: Utilize our CRM and proprietary systems to log interactions, manage order statuses, and provide seamless customer service.
Showroom Curation: Assist in maintaining the Workspace environment, including merchandising, memo organization, and ensuring a pristine aesthetic.
