Now we’re looking for a Head of Engineering who shares this mindset — someone who turns insights into action, drives clarity through complexity, and builds products that make crypto accessible to everyone.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead and grow the engineering organization, ensuring teams deliver high-quality features and products on time.

• Establish and maintain strong engineering execution practices, including planning, delivery, QA, testing, and release processes.

• Drive continuous improvement of engineering workflows, developer experience, and efficiency.

• Grow and mentor engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and learning.

• Partner with Product leadership to align engineering capacity with roadmap priorities, manage dependencies, and plan releases.

• Oversee system architecture at a high level, ensuring the right long-term technical decisions are made without becoming a bottleneck.

• Ensure consistent engineering quality: code reviews, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, documentation, and reliability standards.

• Supervise QA processes and promote automation to ensure product quality and delivery speed.

• Support engineering KPIs (velocity, cycle time, quality indicators) to track and improve team performance.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, IT, Security, and Business teams to ensure engineering supports company goals.

• Encourage adoption of AI-powered developer tools to accelerate delivery, automate workflows, and improve engineering productivity.
