We're seeking an experienced SEO Manager to drive organic growth and visibility for our platform across multiple European markets. This is a part-time remote position ideal for an SEO professional who can deliver strategic impact while working flexibly.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple European markets

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis across different languages and regions

• Create data-driven content strategies aligned with user intent and conversion goals

• Identify technical SEO opportunities and coordinate implementation with development teams

Content & On-Page Optimization

• Optimize existing pages for target keywords and user experience

• Work with content teams to ensure SEO best practices across 20+ languages

• Develop content briefs and guidelines for writers in different markets

• Optimize meta descriptions, titles, headers, and internal linking structures

Technical SEO

• Conduct regular technical audits and prioritize fixes

• Monitor site health, crawlability, and indexation across all markets

• Optimize site speed, mobile performance, and Core Web Vitals

• Implement structured data and schema markup

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze organic performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions)

• Create regular reports on SEO performance and ROI

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data

• Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly

Link Building & Authority

• Develop and execute link building strategies for key markets

• Identify partnership and PR opportunities to build domain authority

• Monitor backlink profile and address toxic links
