We're seeking a results-driven Social Media Manager to lead organic growth across our social media channels. You'll be responsible for helping out with content production, scheduling, and implementing agreed upon growth strategies that drive new user acquisition to our platform.

Your key responsibilities

Social Media Channel Management

• Develop and execute content strategies across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter)

• Produce and optimize video content for YouTube (or coordinate with video editors)

• Create compelling thumbnails, titles, and descriptions optimized for discovery

• Implement platform-specific SEO and discovery best practices for maximum organic reach

• Adapt content formats for each platform's unique audience and algorithm

• Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)

• Research trending topics and identify content opportunities in crypto/finance space

• Monitor trends and capitalize on viral opportunities across all platforms

• Manage community engagement through comments, DMs, and community features

• Analyze performance metrics across all channels and optimize content based on data

Content Production

• Plan monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches

• Write engaging copy for posts, captions, and video scripts

• Source or create visual assets (graphics, video clips, animations)

• Coordinate with designers and video editors when needed

• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and content

Growth & Analytics

• Implement organic growth strategies to drive new user acquisition

• Track KPIs: follower growth, engagement rates, click-through rates, conversions

• Conduct competitive analysis and identify growth opportunities

• A/B test content formats, posting times, and messaging

• Report on performance and provide actionable insights

• Stay current with platform algorithm changes and best practices
