The Job

  • Manages HR recruitment reporting for statistics when necessary 

  • Send internal communications on local HR topics 

  • Keeps up to date special initiatives such as birthdays and anniversaries recognitions 

  • Organizes the onboarding events monthly 

  • Keeps the HR Sharepoint appealing and up to date 

  • Provides support to employees & managers on employee lifecycle activities, from recruitment to offboarding, including working permit administration.  

  • Guarantee a satisfactory employee experience.  

  • Answer employees queries when needed. 

  • Responsible for HRIS/Workday accuracy, reporting

  • Provides the support to the HR Manager where required
