Tour Coordinator
Job Overview
To manage the full life cycle and deliver a first-class handling of all Tours, including Series business and Adhoc, checking itineraries and making all necessary bookings and arrangements.
This shall be done with a strong focus on revenue, customer satisfaction, and high quality.
KEY ACTIVITIES
Manage and operate tours, including itinerary and revenue checks.
To process and confirm critical services efficiently and accurately, paying attention to any special requirements of the clients.
Complete any rate collection/negotiation activities requested by your Manager/Supervisor
Deliver on teams agreed SLA’s
Source for new suppliers if needed, negotiate services and rates.
Provide active and ongoing support and knowledge transfer to hubs and the Kuoni Tumlare sales organization.
Pre/Post season analysis and recommendations
Undertake project work as required by management.
Investigate and resolve service complaints.
