About the Role:
This position is a Sales Support Executive role within the Sales Department, primarily responsible for handling travel quotations, offer preparation, and coordination with both clients and internal teams (especially Operations). The main goal is to ensure that all client requests are accurately quoted, followed up, and converted into confirmed bookings (go-aheads) while maintaining smooth communication and documentation flow.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Prepare, review, and verify travel quotations and send them to clients accurately and on time.

  • Follow up on offers until confirmed (go-ahead), cancelled, or postponed.

  • Prepare complete Go-Ahead documentation packages and coordinate with the Operations team.

  • Handle client amendments such as itinerary updates, flight details, or re-pricing when required.

  • Generate and revise travel offers based on client feedback or SRQ requests.

  • Support the Sales team with administrative tasks, market insights, and account coordination.

  • Manage itinerary changes efficiently to ensure smooth operations.

  • Perform other tasks or support activities as assigned by the manager.
