The Role:

'We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content Marketing Manager. Someone who is an expert in Japan as a travel destination to join our dynamic marketing team at Japanspecialist. As the Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and help generating leads. Your expertise in social media, SEO (including GEO), copywriting, and email marketing will be critical in achieving our marketing goals

Social Media Content Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the designated freelancer in charge of content creation to develop and implement an effective social media content strategy.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinators to support the strategy and creation of Social Media content.

Website:

  • Oversee the SEO optimization of our website and blog to increase organic traffic.

  • Collaborate with our web development team to ensure the website is optimized for search engines and user experience.

  • Continuously monitor and analyze website performance using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinators and sign off and maintain quality of the content delivered.

Copywriting of Travel Guides and blog articles:

  • Create compelling and informative travel guides for our customers, aimed at generating leads and driving conversions.

  • Conduct thorough research on relevant travel destinations and industry trends to produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.

Central Marketing Team:

  • Actively participate in the central marketing team, collaborating with colleagues to align content strategies with overall marketing objectives.

  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide valuable insights and recommendations to enhance marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Email Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute effective email marketing strategies to nurture leads, increase customer engagement, and drive conversions.

  • Utilize marketing automation tools to segment audiences, create personalized email campaigns, and monitor performance metrics.

Management of Freelancers:

  • Oversee and manage a team of freelancers involved in content creation.

  • Provide clear instructions, set expectations, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with freelancers to maximize productivity and results.
