As Project Manager MICE Switzerland, you will be responsible from planning stage, the offering process up to the execution of and event or project.  You will work on a variety of programs simultaneously and serve as the day-to-day planning contact for each respective client and be responsible for the program planning functions, as well as overseeing all the aspects of complex MICE tour programs.

As part of the Swiss DMC Team, the role also entails close interaction with Overseas Sales and European clients directly.

You will report directly to the Business Director MICE Switzerland and will be in close touch with external suppliers e.g hotels, venues, logistic service providers, event organizers, tourism boards, catering, etc. and internal stakeholders from sales, operation and sourcing teams.
