About the role
The Director, Strategic Partnerships, has primary responsibility for supporting the PMO dept and interfacing with all Third-Party Administrators (TPA’s) at Kuvare.
Position assists the AVP, Strategic Partnerships with enterprise level relationship management for key Service Provider(s). Responsible for day-to-day management and oversight of the service provider(s) relationship and communication.
Position includes working with the Service Provider on vendor governance, project implementations, operations escalations, process improvements and resource prioritization.
What you'll do
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to
TPA Business Relationship Management
- Accountable for day-to-day health and stability of relationship with key Third Party Administrators (TPA) at Kuvare
- Liaison between Kuvare and their key TPAs
- Assists with quarterly strategic planning and execution between Kuvare and TPA
- Facilitates ongoing governance processes with TPA leadership, as well as relevant company partner(s) where required.
- Works across Kuvare business units to understand prioritization of work being performed at TPA to facilitate efficient TPA delivery and operation
- Facilitates timely and accurate TPA response to requests for information from Kuvare.
- Supports Kuvare in adhering to audit, security, regulatory technical requests to TPAs
- Manages project budget for TPA work and handles all escalations with TPA.
- Assists with work with TPA migrations as needed.
- Responsible for business process improvement and development to enhance efficiency of work with TPAs.

Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of related experience
- Minimum of 7 years of experience working with 3rd Party Vendors both onshore and offshore
- Experience with SmartSheet and the Microsoft Suite of Products including Visio
- Minimum seven years of Life and Annuity insurance experience

Physical Demands
