Manager, Hospitality Stakeholder Relations:
The Games Delivery Revenue team oversees the Ticketing, Hospitality, and Food & Beverage departments. This department is responsible for securing key revenue streams for LA28, ensuring sold out and fully attended events, and delivering a comprehensive food and beverage plan for fans, stakeholders, the world’s press and broadcasters, workforce, and athletes.
The LA28 Commercial Hospitality team is dedicated to redefining the Olympic and Paralympic hospitality experience by delivering premium, revenue-generating packages for key stakeholders and fans. In partnership with On Location, LA28’s Official Hospitality Provider, the team is responsible for integrating a commercial hospitality strategy that maximizes asset value and ensures revenue optimization.
Reporting to the Head of Hospitality, the Manager, Hospitality Stakeholder Relations will be committed to delivering an exceptional hospitality experience for the Olympic and Paralympic Stakeholders. This role will serve a wide range of stakeholders, including Marketing Partners (MPs), Media Rights Holders (MRHs), International Federations (IFs), National Olympic (NOC) and Paralympic Committees (NPC), as well as Host Cities.
The Manager, Stakeholder Relations, will lead stakeholder-facing service operations, ensuring a best-in-class experience across all hospitality touchpoints. This individual will be responsible for planning and executing service strategies, resolving issues, coordinating stakeholder communications, helping to develop stakeholder products, and supporting the successful implementation of the overall hospitality experience in collaboration with On Location.
This position will serve as the key liaison between LA28, its stakeholders, and cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure stakeholder needs are proactively addressed and fulfilled.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitality-related needs across LA28’s commercial stakeholders, including Global and Domestic Marketing Partners, Media Rights Holders, International Federations, National Organizing Committees, Host Cities, etc.
- Develop and manage stakeholder service plans in collaboration with the LA28 Hospitality Team, LA28 stakeholder leads, and On Location.
- Build trusted relationships with key contacts within Marketing Partners, MRHs, IFs, NOCs/NPCs, and Host Cities.
- Coordinate communications, issue resolution, service updates, and delivery timelines with stakeholder representatives.
- Support the onboarding and education of stakeholders on hospitality entitlements and processes.
- Assist in managing stakeholder hospitality guides and playbooks in coordination with On Location.
- Prepare and present stakeholder service updates and reports to leadership and partners.
Program Management
- Oversee planning, execution, and tracking of stakeholder service workstreams and requirements.
- Manage and maintain stakeholder-specific timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Track service requests and ensure consistent follow-through across all channels.
- Coordinate with internal functions (Ticketing, Accommodations, Transport, Security, Accreditations, Venue Management & Operations, etc.) to ensure integrated stakeholder delivery.
- Create and manage tools (Airtable, Smartsheet, Sharepoint, etc.) to support transparent delivery tracking.
- Assist in the Master Milestone tracking of the stakeholder programs and ensure proper coordination and communication to stay on time and hit all deliverables
Event & Games-Time Support
- Lead planning for stakeholder experience at key pre-Games events and test events.
- Provide on-the-ground hospitality support during Games-time, acting as a primary stakeholder interface and resolution point.
- Collaborate with Venue teams and On Location to ensure VIP stakeholder service delivery and issue escalation.
Background & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in stakeholder services, client management, hospitality, or live event delivery.
- Experience working with high-profile clients in sports, entertainment, or large-scale events preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Airtable or other workflow/project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Airtable, Asana).
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Ability to work on-site in an office environment, based in Los Angeles, CA
- The majority of work will be conducted in an office setting, requiring extended periods of time using computers, phones, and other office equipment
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience

The annual base salary range for this position is $88,000 - $105,000. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28’s operational business needs and applicable law.
