What you’ll do

  • Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure consistent performance and quality of service (Drivers Part)
  • Coordinate and monitor vendor operations related to stock and inventory control.
  • Create and manage Excel-based reports and dashboards to track inventory, performance metrics, and cost efficiency.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service levels to achieve company objectives.
  • Evaluate vendor performance on a regular basis and propose improvement plans.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Procurement, Accounting, and Operations) to align vendor activities with company goals.
  • Source and onboard new vendors to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate vendor documentation and database for auditing and reporting purposes.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain operations
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis)
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
